Abstract
Although the lifespan of human beings is increasing with the development of medicine, the increase of various diseases and the excessive medical expenditure has become a burden on the society. Therefore, the importance of early diagnosis of malignant tumors will not be overestimated. The best diagnostic method would be a simple and accurate diagnostic method at low cost. However, it is difficult to meet all of these requirements in reality, but it is expected that saliva-based liquid biopsy can be a good solution. It is expected that there will be some visible results in the near future due to the development of new diagnostic techniques and the development of diagnostic equipment.
