Abstract

¿¬±¸¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Çѱ¹ÀÎÀÇ ±Ù°ü ÀÛ¾÷Àå¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ISO±Ô°ÝÀÇ ±Ù°ü Ä¡·á¿ë ±â±¸ÀÇ ±æÀÌ°¡ ÀûÀý¼ºÀ» Æò°¡Çϱâ À§ÇÑ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 2006-2008³â±îÁö °æÈñÀÇ·á¿ø µ¿¼­½ÅÀÇÇк´¿ø º¸Á¸°ú¿¡¼­ ±¸Ä¡ºÎÀÇ ±Ù°ü Ä¡·á¸¦ ¹ÞÀº ȯÀÚ¸¦ 670¸í ¼±¹ßÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¸ðµç ±Ù°ü Ä¡·á´Â ÇÑ ¸íÀÇ ¼úÀÚ¿¡ ÀÇÇØ ½ÃÇàµÇ¾úÀ¸¸ç Åë¹ýÀÇ ¿Íµ¿À» Çü¼ºÇÏ¿´°í º¯¿¬ À¶¼±ºÎÅÍ 0.5 mmÀÇ ±³ÇÕ¸é»èÁ¦¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±Ù°üÀåÀº ÀüÀÚ ±Ù°üÀå ÃøÁ¤±â(Root ZX)¸¦ ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´°í ¹æ»ç¼± »çÁøÀ¸·Î º¸Á¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±Ù°üÀåÀÇ ±æÀÌ´Â ±Ù°ü ¼ºÇü Á¤µµ¿¡ µû¶ó ´Þ¶óÁö±â ¶§¹®¿¡ ÀÌ ½ÇÇè¿¡¼­´Â Ãʱ⠱ٰüÀ常À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½ÉÇÑ ¿ì½ÄÀÌ Àְųª º¸Ã¶¹°ÀÌ ÀÖ´Â °æ¿ì, ±Ù°üÀÌ ¼®È¸È­ µÇ¾î¼­ Á¤»óÀûÀÎ ±Ù°ü Ä¡·á¸¦ ÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø´Â °æ¿ì, »ó¾Ç ´ë±¸Ä¡ÀÇ ±Ù½É ¼³Ãø ±Ù°ü°ú ÇϾÇÀÇ C-shape ±Ù°üÀ» °¡Áø Ä¡¾Æ´Â ½ÇÇ豺¿¡¼­ Á¦¿ÜÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÃÑ 487°³ ¼Ò±¸Ä¡ ±Ù°ü°ú 870°³ ´ë±¸Ä¡ ±Ù°üÀÇ ±Ù°üÀåÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´°í °¢°¢ÀÇ Æò±Õ ¹× Ç¥ÁØÆíÂ÷¸¦ ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ °¢ ±æÀ̺° ºóµµ ºÐÆ÷ ¹× Á¤±Ô ºÐÆ÷¸¦ °üÂûÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: 1. ¼Ò±¸Ä¡ ±Ù°ü¿¡¼­ 20 mm ÀÌÇÏÀÇ ±Ù°üÀåÀ» °®´Â °æ¿ì´Â ÀüüÀÇ 66.5%¿´À¸¸ç 22 mm ÀÌÇÏÀÇ ±Ù°üÀåÀ» °®´Â °æ¿ì´Â ÀüüÀÇ 95.4%¿´´Ù. 2. Çѱ¹ÀÎÀÇ ¼Ò±¸Ä¡ ±Ù°üÀåÀ» ÃøÁ¤ÇÑ °á°ú, ÇöÀç ½ÃÆÇÁßÀÎ 21 mm, 25 mmÀÇ ±â±¸º¸´Ù´Â 23 mmÀÇ ±â±¸°¡ ´õ ÀûÀýÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: Çѱ¹ÀÎÀÇ ¼Ò±¸Ä¡ ±Ù°ü Ä¡·á½Ã 21 mm, 25 mmÀÇ ±â±¸º¸´Ù´Â 23 mmÀÇ ±â±¸°¡ ´õ ÀûÀýÇÏ¿´À¸¸ç ´ë±¸Ä¡ÀÇ °æ¿ì 21 mmÀÇ ±â±¸ÀÇ »ç¿ëÀÌ ÀûÀýÇÏ´Ù°í »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate average working lengths of Korean posterior teeth and evaluate validity of endodontic file length.

Materials and Methods : The endodontic working length of the posterior teeth of 670 Korean patients were measured than each mean value and standard deviation were investigated than the frequency deviation and standard deviation per each length were calculated.

Result: Among the canals of premolar, 66.5% of canal length was marked under 20 mm by endodontic working length and 95.4% could be measured under 22 mm and Among the canals of molars, 95.5% of canal length was marked under 20 mm endodontic working length.

Conclusions: With the result of measurement of endodontic working length of premolars of Korean, it suggested that 23 mm endodontic file is more proper than the 21 mm and 25 mm file on the market.
