For the purpose of decrease the time of the screw loosening & fastening, screw head were revised and speeds of screw loosening & fastening were measured. Total of twelve dentists participates in these experiments, four of them were experienced

of them were novice dentists. 1. There were many differences the speeds of screw loosening ad fastening between personal experiences. 2. There were many differences in personal experiences by angulation of the implant, by the conditions of the
muscle
tonicity. 3. Revised slot and hexa heads show the slightly shortened time for screw loosening and fastening.
